The Mundane
I think I’ve nearly mastered the art of making the most out of a day. It involves caffeine and a casual approach to the real paying job, a short nap with some kind of distraction to wake you up, and then writing and more caffeine and doubling up things you have to do (like bathing) with other tasks that you need to do (like editing) and then more caffeine to finish off the editing. Problem is, now that I’ve finished another bout of my novel, I’ve still this coffee rush to beat before I can go to bed. This means probably more wedding invitation making until I run out of music I want to listen to or just get tired and trudge off to bed.
Of course, this just means that all my blog posts are yet filled with the same mundane updates of the day to day. At least in this case I have this video to share. I first saw it years ago and vowed to post it on my blog when I actually had to go about planning a wedding, er, normal, run of the mill, normal party. It makes me laugh.
